EMF AG Suisse was created in 2024 as a subsidiary of European Maritime Finance Denmark to meet the growing interest of Swiss investors.

EMF AG Suisse acts as the exclusive distributor of funds managed by European Maritime Finance Denmark, thus offering ‘qualified’ or ‘semi-professional’ investors residing in Switzerland the opportunity to invest in the maritime sector in a simplified and supervised manner.

Our activity in Switzerland is limited to the distribution of specific products intended exclusively for the Swiss market.

European Maritime Finance Denmark

Founded in 2014, European Maritime Finance (EMF) is a Danish AIFM-authorised fund management company focusing on maritime investments.

AIFM-authorised in Denmark, EMF Denmark is headquartered in Copenhagen and was established due to the steady growth of our Scandinavian client base and our ambition to expand.

By working closely with established shipowners, fleet operators and shipyards, our customers have been able to participate in a variety of shipbuilding projects, from tankers and vehicle carriers to general cargo vessels.

After several years of impressive results, we have developed strong relationships with our partners and investors, as well as with the commercial and technical leaders of the various shipping sectors.
In line with EMF’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) values, we invest exclusively in a new, next-generation fleet.

That’s why our future investment is in vessels capable of using and transporting ammonia, or other clean fuels that can reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of tankers, vehicle carriers, VLGCs (Very Large Gas Carriers) and VLACs (Very Large Ammonia Carriers).

We actively support the industry’s transition to cleaner fuels and greener solutions, benefiting the environment and future generations, while also improving global trade.
